The next stop on our Giro D’Italia Wine Dinner Series brings us to Sicilia. This is an island known for bold flavors, ancient wine traditions, and sun-soaked ingredients. On Tuesday, October 28th, join us as we celebrate Sicily’s rich culinary heritage with a multi-course dinner paired with regional wines that highlight the island’s volcanic terroir and coastal soul.
Each dish tells a story of tradition and innovation. Chef Federico Comacchio leads the culinary team as they prepare an experience with the utmost respect for Sicilian ingredients, served in the spirit of Southern Italian hospitality.
