We’re hosting an exclusive Heaven Hill Bourbon Dinner on the patio. This is a five-course dinner paired with curated bourbon cocktails and neat pours, live music, premium cigars, and a keepsake to take home.
The Brand Behind the Bottle
Heaven Hill Distillery was founded in 1935 by the Shapira family in Bardstown, Kentucky. Nearly a century later, it remains family-owned and is one of the last major independent distillers in the country. The portfolio spans everyday drinkers to some of the most sought-after allocated bottles in the market. At this event guests get access to both, including a special pour of Heaven Hill's Grain to Glass Wheated Bourbon, available exclusively to attendees.
The evening is led by a Heaven Hill Brand Ambassador, who will guide guests through each pour and the story behind it.

Amuse
Wagyu beef and pork meatball, creamy mascarpone polenta, bourbon BBQ reduction, micro cilantro

Appetizer
Seared scallop, sweet bacon and peach jam, scallion oil
Paired with: Bourbon Basil Peach Smash — Elijah Craig Small Batch, basil, lemon, peach puree
First Course
Roasted Berkshire pork belly, candied carrot puree, whole mustard seeds, crispy frisée salad
Paired with: Carrot & Black Walnut Old Fashioned — Heaven Hill 7yr Bottled in Bond, roasted carrot demerara, walnut bitters
Second Course
Bone-in braised short rib, Yukon whipped potatoes, pickled red onions, micro arugula
Paired with: Old Fitzgerald 7 Year — Rock pour
Dessert
Toasted Barrel cinnamon roll, Toasted Barrel maple glaze, candied bacon
Paired with: Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel — Served neat
