Join us for a night that showcases two of the most respected names in American bourbon: Heaven Hill and Widow Jane. Known for their craftsmanship and character, these distilleries bring bold heritage and distinct flavor profiles to the table.
Heaven Hill, family-owned since 1935, is celebrated for its Bottled-in-Bond legacy and deep-aged Kentucky ryes and bourbons. Widow Jane, based in Brooklyn, is known for small-batch releases cut with limestone-rich water from the Rosendale mines, delivering a smooth, complex sip with every pour.
Our Bourbon and Cigar Dinner brings these award-winning spirits together with a five-course menu by Chef Victor Gonzalez, three premium cigars from Catelli Cigars, and live music by the Johnny Lyons Duo — blending Rock and Roll, Country, Blues, Soul, Surf, and Rockabilly.

Kansas City Pork Belly Burnt Ends finished with pickled red onions, sesame seeds and micro greens
Served with Blackberry Bourbon Smash: Heaven Hill Bottle-in-Bond 7yr Bourbon, muddled mint and blackberries, fresh lime juice and finished with sparkling water.
2nd Course
6hr Pulled Pork Slider, topped with crispy fried onions, house made pickles, BBQ sauce, country style slaw and herb potato wedge.
Served with Rosemary Apricot Sour: Baby Jane Bourbon, Apricot Liqueur, rosemary syrup, lemon juice and bitters
3rd Course
Charred Lamb Chops, finished in a green onion and jalapeno marinade accompanied with Grilled Vegetables and Country style cornbread
Served with Smoked Maple Walnut Old Fashioned: Widow Jane Decadence, maple syrup, walnut and orange bitters.
4th Course
Charred 8oz Ribeye Filet rubbed in Second City Rub seasoning, finished with a cowboy style compound butter and Cajun style corn ribs.
Served with Widow Jane 2024 The Vaults 15yr (Neat Pour)
5th Course
Southern Grilled Peach, topped with vanilla ice cream, drizzled in bourbon glazed caramel sauce and finished with candied pecans.
Served with 2025 spring release of the Old Fitzgerald 9yr Decater Series (Neat Pour)
